Yesterday (July 28, 2025) at around 6:00pm, I visited the Somany Ceramics showroom at bypass road, Palarivattom, Kochi and one of the sales persons Ms. Minnu Robert attended me. She was very professional and courteous, and answered all my queries. Whenever she had any doubt, she immediately cleared it with her superiors/subordinates over phone and made sure that my questions were answered correctly. At some point she was also willing to guide me to their distributors, thus making sure that Somany Ceramics should not loose any customer who steps in their showroom. I spent about 15-20 minutes in the show room and all those time she maintained a welcoming smiling face showing her energy level and dedication even at the end of that day's duty.
With her guidance, I was able to make a selection on my tile requirement very easily. Thank you Ms. Minnu!!!
It is nice to have such employees in any organization. I wish Ms. Minnu all the best, and appreciate Somany Ceramics for keeping such professional employees!!!

Somany has been on a roll past years & their experience center is the perfect place to see their product range. The mock-up kitchens , bathrooms, etc, give a good idea on the color combination and tiles layout. The staff is friendly & will be happy to show you through the entire range.
The pricing is MRP , but you can get 20% discount for the tiles & 15% discount for bathware from their distributors. They will guide you to the distributor, and the supply comes from them . Please don't make the mistake of going to many of the stores in kochi who will sell at MRP or maybe with a 5% discount as if they are doing you a favor. For tiles push for 20% atleast & bathware 15% min ...if they can't, look elsewhere
