I had called the centre on phone for a small order for my balcony. Ujita was extremely helpful on the phone, sent me pics by whatsapp, gave me full information in response to my multiple queries. And the good thing, when other tile showrooms were insisting on bulk orders for products which were not in stock, she facilitated even a small order for us. Very satisfied with the service. Hope the delivery experience will be as pleasant.

Good designs. Friendly staff and transparent, especially Mithun and Ujani. They do not sell directly but give you the best price deals and then order from the best possible dealer who has enough stock. Delivery timelines were met and coordinated well by the Experience center teams.

Yesterday we visited the showroom. Very good collection. Moreover, the staffs, specially I must mention the name of Mrs.Ujani Chowdhury, the store in-charge. Her in-depth knowledge of tiles, interior guidance and her generous behaviour make our visit to this experience centre really memorable.
