I had a wonderful experience at the Somany Tiles Experience Center in Kochi. The showroom has a great collection of designs, but what really stood out was the excellent guidance from Ms. Anju. She patiently understood my requirements, suggested the right options, and helped me select tiles that perfectly suited my space. Yesterday (July 28, 2025) at around 6:00pm, I visited the Somany Ceramics showroom at bypass road, Palarivattom, Kochi and one of the sales persons Ms. Minnu Robert attended me. She was very professional and courteous, and answered all my queries. Whenever she had any doubt, she immediately cleared it with her superiors/subordinates over phone and made sure that my questions were answered correctly. At some point she was also willing to guide me to their distributors, thus making sure that Somany Ceramics should not loose any customer who steps in their showroom. I spent about 15-20 minutes in the show room and all those time she maintained a welcoming smiling face showing her energy level and dedication even at the end of that day's duty. With her guidance, I was able to make a selection on my tile requirement very easily. Thank you Ms. Minnu!!! It is nice to have such employees in any organization. I wish Ms. Minnu all the best, and appreciate Somany Ceramics for keeping such professional employees!!!
