We were at the Somany experience centre today to finalise various tiles for our home renovation, the team (Jesal duly supported by Mahendra) made it the worth the effort. Jesal understood our requirements, filled in our knowledge gaps, guided us on trends etc., also in the process giving us time to digest the information.
We also met Hemang who answered our queries on ‘full bodied tiles vs granite’, stuff like ‘dhar polish finesse’ etc. Hemang also aided us with the permutation/combination.
All this helped us in the decision-making process. Indeed, this centre truly exemplifies that ‘product + people’ make the full customer experience.
