Special Window for Re-lodgement of Physical Share Transfers: As per SEBI’s Circular dated 30th January 2026, another special window is opened for a period of one year, from February 05, 2026 to February 04, 2027 for re-lodging transfer requests of physical shares that were submitted prior to 1st April 2019 but were rejected, returned, or left unattended due to deficiencies. Re-lodged documents must be complete in all respects. All transfers during this window will be processed only in demat mode, subject to proper compliance. Shareholders may submit their transfer requests to our Registrar & Share Transfer Agent, M/s. Maheshwari Datamatics Private Limited at mdpldc@yahoo.com, within the stipulated period.
