Re-lodged documents must be complete in all respects. All transfers during this window will be processed only in demat mode, subject to proper compliance. Shareholders may submit their transfer requests to our Registrar & Share Transfer Agent, M/s. Maheshwari Datamatics Private Limited at mdpldc@yahoo.com, within the stipulated period.
